On December 16th 2023 Japan Museum SieboldHuis will welcome Professor Seiu Takaki. Visitors will be given the opportunity to participate in a seminar that focuses on calligraphy.

This seminar is being organised by Japanmuseum SieboldHuis in collaboration with Leiden University. The Japanese Art Seminar is part of the artist in residence programme, which was made possible by The Japan Association for the Promotion of Arts (JAPA) and The Isaac Alfred Ailion Foundation.

The seminar will be conducted in English.

Seiu TAKAKI

Mr. Seiu TAKAKI is a professor at Daito Bunka University, Tokyo, and a renowned calligrapher.
