An entry time must be reserved even for those in possession of a Museum Card, Friends Pass or other Membership card allowing free entry. These entry times serve to allow a smooth and safe distribution of visitors in the museum. Unfortunately ad hoc visits to the museum are not possible at this moment.

The exhibiton ‘Neko. The cat in Japanese art’ has been extended to 13 September. Refurbishing measures have been taken in the museum to ensure the safety of our visitors. At present the permanent exhibition on the ground floor is being renovated, the panorama Room is therefore temporarily closed. The audio tour is therefore not available at present. The average length of a tour of the ‘Neko’ exhibition is approximately 1 hour.

No. In accordance with regional regulations you are advised to remain at home and to postpone your visit to the museum. We look forward to welcoming you when you have recovered. The management of the museum reserves the right to deny access to visitors.
The museum has implemented additional cleaning measures of all surfaces, door handles, toilets, faucets, lockers and the pin automat. Disinfectant hand gel is available. The audio tour is not available.
It is not compulsory to wear a face mask, you may however wear one if so desired.
