Right sheet of a triptych. From a series of triptychs that pairs chapters from the popular novel Nise Murasaki inaka Genji (Fake Murasaki, Countryside Genji) with the five big festivals of the year. This work depicts Boy's Day, celebrated in the fifth month (satsuki).
